Bien que ces man\u0153uvres d&#039;accostage soient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement assist\u00e9es par des remorqueurs, l&#039;infrastructure devait \u00eatre suffisamment r\u00e9sistante pour permettre un accostage au quart de point de mani\u00e8re autonome. Le projet pr\u00e9voyait un d\u00e9gagement de 2\u00a0m\u00e8tres afin de garantir une distance de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 entre les navires et le quai lors des op\u00e9rations de d\u00e9chargement de biomasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>La solution DockGuard<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">DockGuard a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une proposition commerciale con\u00e7ue sp\u00e9cifiquement pour optimiser la durabilit\u00e9 et minimiser les co\u00fbts de maintenance \u00e0 long terme. Au lieu de simplement combler l&#039;\u00e9cartement requis avec des entretoises en acier ou en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne, l&#039;\u00e9quipe technique de DockGuard a propos\u00e9 une approche d&#039;ing\u00e9nierie plus sophistiqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>Composants cl\u00e9s du syst\u00e8me\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Garde-boues coniques en caoutchouc DCN1400\u00a0: <\/strong>15 unit\u00e9s hautes performances dot\u00e9es d&#039;entretoises en acier int\u00e9gr\u00e9es<br><strong>Panneaux en acier haute r\u00e9sistance : <\/strong>Panneaux \u00e9tanches de grande taille fabriqu\u00e9s<br><strong>Coussinets faciaux en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne UHMW\u00a0: <\/strong>Plaquettes de polissage bicolores (noir et jaune) de grade 1000 \u00e0 faible friction. <br><strong>Syst\u00e8me de support \u00e0 double cha\u00eene\u00a0: <\/strong>Chaque ensemble comprend \u00e0 la fois des ensembles de cha\u00eenes de tension\/cisaillement et des ensembles de cha\u00eenes de lestage avec des dispositifs de r\u00e9glage pour maintenir un positionnement optimal du garde-boue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>Innovation dans le design<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">En optant pour un\u00a0<strong>garde-boue en caoutchouc plus grand<\/strong>\u00a0Plut\u00f4t qu&#039;un garnissage en acier excessif, DockGuard a veill\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que le syst\u00e8me reste\u00a0<strong>sous-utilis\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0en fonctionnement normal.
