La logistique \u00e9tait tout aussi complexe et imposait une strat\u00e9gie de livraison internationale coordonn\u00e9e jusqu&#039;\u00e0 Callao, dans des d\u00e9lais stricts afin de minimiser les interruptions de service au terminal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>La solution DockGuard<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons fourni une solution cl\u00e9 en main articul\u00e9e autour de nos syst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9fenses cylindriques creuses et DD haute performance. Notre solution visait \u00e0 maximiser l&#039;absorption d&#039;\u00e9nergie tout en maintenant les forces de r\u00e9action dans les limites structurelles du quai existant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Pour garantir le bon d\u00e9roulement du projet, nous avons mis en \u0153uvre un plan logistique strat\u00e9gique de livraisons partielles. En r\u00e9partissant la production entre des sites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et en exp\u00e9diant les marchandises en plusieurs phases, nous avons assur\u00e9 un approvisionnement continu en composants pour l&#039;\u00e9quipe d&#039;installation sur site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>Composants cl\u00e9s du syst\u00e8me\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>121 x Garde-boues cylindriques creux :<\/strong> Con\u00e7u pour une absorption d&#039;\u00e9nergie de 249,6 kNm et une force de r\u00e9action de 804 kN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>18 garde-boues DD creux\u00a0:<\/strong> Assurant une protection secondaire avec une absorption d&#039;\u00e9nergie de 15,96 kNm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Syst\u00e8mes de fixation sur mesure\u00a0:<\/strong> Comprend des cha\u00eenes galvanis\u00e9es robustes, des ancrages en U et des supports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Durabilit\u00e9 de qualit\u00e9 marine :<\/strong> Tous les composants en caoutchouc ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9s pour leur r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;ozone et \u00e0 l&#039;eau de mer afin de garantir une longue dur\u00e9e de vie dans l&#039;environnement marin du Pacifique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>R\u00e9sultat du projet<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9ussite de ce projet confirme la capacit\u00e9 de DockGuard \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les extensions portuaires internationales de grande envergure.
