DockGuard worked closely with the clients consultant WSP to effectively design the radius topped steel panels and Torsion Arm Fender at the Whitehill Point Jetty. The berth is mainly used for car transporters and passenger ferries both of which have varying shapes, protrusions and belting to consider. More significantly the fenders had to be fitted to an existing structure of mono plies and concrete cope all of which had limitation on forces and space for mounting. The curved top panel in unique to this application and works very well for the client.
